INTEGRIS Health utilizes MyClinicalExchange (mCE) for all therapy student requests and approvals. The links and information listed below describe the steps that should be taken to request a clinical rotation at INTEGRIS Health, along with helpful tips and videos on navigating the MyClinicalExchange.com website.
NOTE: mCE has a $36/year fee that is not covered by INTEGRIS Health
If your university has a current contract with INTEGRIS Health, but you have yet to set up an account with mCE, please submit a request to supportticket@myclinicalexchange.com.
Once an account is established with mCE, please follow the steps listed in the tip sheet below to submit a student request. Any questions regarding this process should be directed to supportticket@myclinicalexchange.com.
Each student is required to have an account with mCE once your University Academic Coordinator has assigned you to an approved rotation. Please see the tip sheet below for information on registering with mCE and direct any questions to supportticket@myclinicalexchange.com.
Currently, INTEGRIS Health only allows Recreational Therapy Students, Music Therapy Students, Health and Exercise Science Students, and Health Education and Promotion Students to request a rotation in mCE without coordination from a University Academic Coordinator. Below is a tip sheet to assist with this process. Please direct any questions regarding this process to supportticket@myclinicalexchange.com.
Please Note: We must have all Compliance Requirements completed on mCE at least 2 WEEKS prior to your rotation to avoid any delays in the start of your rotation.
