  • Applies to all caregivers after 12 months of service.
  • Reimbursements cover tuition costs as well as mandatory fees for coursework and books, not to exceed the maximum amounts identified ($2,500 for full-time; $1,250 for part-time.)

Retirement Match

  • INTEGRIS Health matches 50% of your contribution up to your first 5%, per pay period.
  • Plus, an additional 3-6% annually (depending on years of service).

Paid Personal Leave

  • Caregivers can accrue 22-35 days per year of time off depending on years of service.

INTEGRIS Health Volunteer Auxiliary HS Scholarship

  • Family members of INTEGRIS Health caregivers can apply for a $2,000 college scholarship during their senior year of high school.

Children's Place/Fun & Fit - INTEGRIS Health Metro

  • Child care services for children ages 6 weeks through kindergarten.
  • Fun & Fit is a before-and-after school program and full-time summer program for elementary age children.

Adoption Assistance

INTEGRIS Health University

  • Partnership with Oklahoma Christian University for recent high school graduates and adults.
  • Students perform delegated direct patient care activities to an assigned group of patients under supervision of an RN while obtaining BCN degree.

Nurse Resident Program

  • One-year program for new RN graduates and nurses with less than six months experience as an RN.
  • Classroom instruction combined with hands-on clinical experience.
  • Specialty areas include medical/surgical, IMC, ICU, ED, pediatrics, NICU, peri-operative and women's services.

Nurse Tech Float Pool

  • Any student enrolled in a nursing program can apply.
  • Opportunity to work in various departments and facilities to explore caring for multiple patient populations.
  • Tailored to the needs of the students for career development.

CNA/AUA Certification

  • Paid class tuition, fees and books.
  • Paid certification testing fee.
  • Paid salary for classroom hours.
  • $1,000 sign-on bonus.

Nursing Academic Loan

  • Financial assistance for INTEGRIS Health RNs returning to school to advance their RN education (RN to B.S.N., M.S.N., D.N.P. or Ph.D.)
  • Up to $1,000 per year intended to augment SYS-HR-140, Education Reimbursement (for a total of up to $3,500 per year.)

National Certification Bonus

  • Annual bonus program for INTEGRIS Health RNs & RTs who have acquired a national certification.
  • Up to $1,000 per year.
  • Testing fee assistance for RN and scrub Tech available.
  • Certification must be through a recognized accrediting organization within their area of clinical specialty.

ACE-FLEX Program

  • Advancing Through Clinical Excellence – Flexible Program (ACE-Flex) is the clinical ladder for bedside nurses at INTEGRIS Health.
  • Eligible to apply after 90 days of RN or LPN employment.
  • Annual bonus up to $3,000.

Friends of Nursing

  • Program for INTGRIS Health RNs and LPNs who need financial assistance to attend a clinical conference.

Preceptor Differential

  • $1.50/hour preceptor differential for staff RNs in non-exempt positions serving as a preceptor for new graduate Nurse Residents.

System Shared Governance

  • System Shared Practice Governance provides a structure that supports shared ownership and decentralized decision making for INTEGSI Health nursing practice. This group led by front line nurses is divided into three unique groups: Evidence-Based Practice, Informatics, and Professional Development and Retention.

Ventricular Assist Device Bonus

  • Earn $2,500 (ICU) or $1,000 (IMC) annually to care for and recover Ventricular Assist Device/Mechanical Circulatory Support patients.

ECMO Bonus

  • Earn $1,000 annually for maintaining competency and providing care to ECMO patients

Health Careers Education Assistance Program

  • Financial assistance for nursing students up to $3,000 per semester or $6,000 per year.
  • Academic and career counseling with assigned advisor.

Summer Nurse Extern Program

  • Five to six-week summer program available to nursing students entering senior year of nursing school.
  • Assigned to a clinical area with a RN preceptor.
  • Perform advanced non-licensed competencies under supervision of RN.
