We participate in the National Administrative Fellowship Centralized Application Service (NAFCAS)

Application Process

INTEGRIS Health is a proud member of the National Council of Administrative Fellowships (NCAF). We participate in the National Administrative Fellowship Centralized Application Service (NAFCAS). NAFCAS is a simplified and streamlined application process for candidates interested in applying to administrative fellowships.

INTEGRIS Health will begin accepting applications through NAFCAS for the July 2022 fellowship start on June 9, 2022. The application will remain open until October 7, 2022. Applications will be reviewed on a rolling basis, so try to get your application in as early as possible.

 

 

To be considered for the fellowship, applicants are required to submit the following documents through NAFCAS:

  • Official Graduate School Transcript
  • Three Letters of Recommendation (ONE academic, ONE professional and ONE other of choice)
  • Current Resume
  • Cover Letter (one-page maximum)
  • Personal Statement discussing the applicant’s interest in pursuing the administrative fellowship at INTEGRIS Health, their career goals, and their skills and experiences that will contribute to their success during the fellowship (one-page maximum)
     

Important Dates:

  • Applications Open: June 9, 2022
  • Applications Deadline: October 7, 2022
  • Phone Interviews: September - October 2022
  • On-Site Interviews: November 2022
  • Initial Offers: November 9, 2022
  • Fellowship Begins: July 2023
  • Fellowship Ends: June 2024


In order to qualify for the fellowship, individuals must be in the process of completing or recently obtained a Master’s degree focused on health care administration from a US-based university, preferably from a Commission on Accreditation of Healthcare Management Education (CAHME) accredited program. This includes MHA, MBA with a concentration in health care, MHSA or MPH. 
 
It is important to note that INTEGRIS Health is unable to provide visa sponsorship to individuals participating in the administrative fellowship.
